Meal Plan Monday, February 8th

Needing to get in the grove from when we went on a trip almost 2 weeks ago.  Last week we did ok eating at home, but this week I want to do even better – not one meal out. 

Breakfast:  waffles, eggs, protein shakes

Lunches:  ham sandwiches, leftovers, eggs and sausage, grilled cheese.

Dinners:  Mustard Herbed Chicken, Meatballs and spaghetti squash, easy chili verde, bbq meatballs, homemade “double-doubles, protein style, animal style”, grilled steak and asparagus.
