Meal Plan Monday – March 15th

Breakfast:  waffles, eggs, protein shakes

Lunches:  ham sandwiches, leftovers, eggs and sausage, grilled cheese.

Dinners:  Turkey Meatballs and spaghetti squash, easy chili verde, bbq meatballs, grilled Tri-tip, Grilled Turkey & Veggie Kabobs, Deviled Chicken
