First Saturday of 1/2 marathon training
I’m switching over from Couch to 5K to 1/2 marathon training. Mostly because I was doing the mileage to start the 1/2 training. I’m focusing on getting the miles in, and doing a continuous run.
I didn’t quite make my 3 miles because Ben decided he wanted to run instead of biking. Bethel Daddy left him behind and he was far behind so I turned back a quarter of a mile early, I tried to gain it back by looping around a few times, but came up short when I reached the car.
Miles today: 2.84

Miles in June: 15.55
Miles in May: 23.78
Total Miles: 39.33
Miles before May 4th: BIG FAT ZERO!
