June 28 – 3 mile run
Today’s run didn’t end up being the full 3 miles. I yet again had a stomach issue and had to turn back .5 file miles early. I’m going to very much start watching what I eat. Dried pasta to snack on is not a good snack at all! I’m thinking if I have to eat anything, maybe oatmeal. We will have to see what works.
